You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

📦 Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You may wait for the order to arrive and then follow our Return Policy (if eligible).

💰 Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

❗ When We May Cancel an Order

Festbay reserves the right to cancel an order if:

The item is out of stock
The payment fails
Shipping restrictions apply
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

If this happens, you will be notified and fully refunded.
