FestBay is an online store operated by NexGen, offering affordable decorative items, clothing, artificial jewelry, and festival décor to customers across the USA.
2. Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers in India, China, and other global markets. Every item is checked for quality before shipping.
3. Do you ship outside the USA?
No. At this moment, we only ship within the United States.
4. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is:
7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, supplier processing, or busy seasons.
5. How much is shipping?
Shipping fees vary based on product type, weight, and location.
We keep our shipping charges as low as possible to maintain affordability.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can use it to monitor your order’s status until delivery.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Significantly different from its description
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Important: Items must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Untagged or customer-damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
9. Do you offer cancellations?
Yes. You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
10. Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
For other reasons, exchanges depend on approval and product availability.
11. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways using secure encryption technology.
FestBay does not store your full payment details.
12. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@festbay.com.
If the order has not been processed, we will update the address.
If it has already been shipped, changes may not be possible.
