  • All products are digital and accessible after successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • The request must be submitted before completion or full usage of the course
  • Refund requests must be sent via email to our official support email
  • Requests made after 14 days will not be considered

Once a course has been completed or substantially accessed, no refund will be issued.

  • Course name
  • Payment reference / transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Payment Gateway

  • All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay.
  • Festbay does not store or process sensitive financial details such as card numbers or UPI credentials.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Course already completed or fully accessed
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Sharing or misuse of course content
