At FestBay, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Artificial jewelry worn after delivery

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will provide return instructions or offer a replacement/refund depending on the situation.
Do not send items back without approval — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
4. Refund Options
If your return is approved, you may receive:

Full refund to your original payment method

Store credit

Replacement item (if available)
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after processing.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, FestBay covers the return shipping cost.
- In all other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After shipping, cancellations are not possible — however, eligible returns may still be requested after delivery.
7. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will process an exchange at no extra cost.
Exchanges for other reasons depend on availability and approval.
